Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days due to higher demand.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and an estimated ship date.
  • Backorders: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you via email with an updated timeline. You may choose to wait for the item, substitute it, or request a refund for that portion of your order

Shipping

  • Shipping Methods: We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or local freight services) to deliver your products. The shipping method depends on the size and weight of your order:
    • Small items: Standard ground shipping.
    • Bulk items: Freight delivery or local distribution.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery speed.

Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline: Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location and shipping method. Bulk or custom orders may take longer, and we’ll provide an estimated delivery window at checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
  • Delivery Process:
    • Small packages are left at your doorstep or designated delivery location.
    • For bulk deliveries (e.g., full pallets), the carrier will place the items delivered to a dock, curbside or at the end of your driveway. Please ensure clear access for delivery trucks. Additional fees may apply for special requests like inside delivery—contact us for a quote.

Inspection: We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery (see “Damages & Issues” below).

Damages & Issues

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing, let us know within 48 hours, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at [email protected]. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can initiate a return (see our Return Policy).
  • Order Changes: Need to modify your order? Reach out as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before processing begins

  • Weather Delays: Extreme weather conditions (e.g., storms, snow) may delay shipping or delivery. We’ll keep you updated if this affects your order.
